We start with a focused piece of work to understand your content, your systems, your team and your goals. For a small project, discovery might take a couple of days. For a large organisation with multichannel content and a systemic content problem to solve, discovery might take a couple of months depending on the complexity of what you're dealing with. 

It gives us, and you, a clear, evidence-based picture of where you are, what's possible, and what to prioritise. From there, we scope what comes next together. That might be a content operations strategy, a hands-on content design project, or ongoing support to build your team's capability. Some clients need a short, sharp engagement; others work with us across multiple phases over a year or more.
